APPEARANCE
Robincreek is a relatively fluffy she-cat with a lean and nimble structured body. She is not overly muscled, appearing more long and lanky. Robincreek has white fur with ginger and brown smudges (calico). Robincreek's eyes are green with golden specks.
PERSONALITY
Swift and energetic:
Robincreek's small slender frame doesn't stop her from trying nearly anything and everything. She is swift and agile-footed where her brother is not. Robincreek is able to turn on a dime and dart right up a tree with no hesitation. This she-cat while agile on foot, is also like an otter in the water - swift.
Fiery:
She's warm and caring but occasionally can demonstrate a fiery personality. This fiery nature comes in the form of passion and haste. As a result, it can cause her to overlook the concerns of others, making her seem brash and insensitive at times.
Impulsive:
Robincreek is a rather impulsive she-cat; she reacts without properly considering the impact of what she has said, or even her actions. The feline is hasty, performing tasks swiftly and vigorously the moment they are assigned. The feline is spontaneous in her thinking, often not having a specific plan in mind.
HISTORY
Ronbincreek was born to two Riverclan warriors, Swiftstream (mother) and Stormhawk (father), the second to be born in the litter. Robincreek's brother, Falconkit (later Falconstone) was the first born. Stormhawk and Swiftstream had been a pairing of congratulatory interest to much of the clan when they finally announced their relationship - many moons ago, Stormhawk had already been a mature warrior, with many achievements under his paw and a respectable number of moons behind him, while Swiftpaw had been a bright young apprentice assigned to his tutelage. Throughout her apprenticeship it became clear that Swiftpaw and her mentor made a spectacular team together, with Swiftpaw often performing close to his skill level despite her young age and proving herself as his equal time and again. When the young female was finally given her warrior name Swiftstream realized she was falling for her mentor, and spent a very frustrating four seasons trying to get him to feel the same way. To the relief of many (for many of the clan members had of course noticed her valiant efforts over the past year) he began to return her feelings after a time, and a while later they announced their first litter.
The young brown, orange and white colored she-kit was named purely because of her appearance. The kit had the patterning to that of a robin; browns and russet gingers. Robinkit held a large portion of white in her pelt however, unlike her namesake. Robinkit had an easy upbringing. It was happy and not hugely eventful. She was very close with her brother and though they tussled constantly, Falconkit was always there to protect her and stand up for her when she needed him near. The two became apprentices, assigned mentors and trained hard to become warriors; as apprentices do.
Robinpaw was granted the warrior name Robincreek. The she-cat had always been fast-footed and swift both on land and in water. Thus ultimately reflecting her warrior name. Robincreek's parents were pleased that their daughter had been blessed with such swift abilities.
Several moons after Robincreek and her brother, Falconstone became warriors, Stormhawk their father began to develop a blindness in both eyes. No one knew what caused it and it seemed to drift in and out at first - one day his vision would be relatively clear, the next day cloudy, and other days his eyes would be a nearly milky white. Still the condition continued to develop hesitantly with no predictable pattern until one fateful day while leading a border patrol, Stormhawk had failed to detect a crucial movement that turned out to be the beginning of an ambush. Most of the patrol survived, but Stormhawk did not.
The death of her partner left Swiftstream a shell of her former lively self. Robincreek was devastated at her father's death, but her mother's weakened self broke her heart even more so. The calico watched as her brother started to devote more of his time to doting on mother and being by her side. Robincreek tried to spend as much time as she could with her mother and her new frail state, but at this stage had become rather infatuated with a tom-cat within the clan; thus consuming a lot of Robincreek's time.
It was many moons after Robincreek's father had passed away that the biting sickness began to arrive. By then Robincreek had become a well-rounded warrior, following proudly in parents paw-steps. Robincreek had even managed to obtain a mate, the same tom she had been infatuated with around the time of her father's death. The tom's name was Carpeyes. Carpeyes was stone gray in color and had the most attractive golden eyes one could ever set their sights on. Carpeyes was known for his excellency in water and his clever, sharp mind.
One night Swiftstream began to shake with fever, and by that time the medicine cat had already become aware of the dreadful illness, himself also on his way becoming possessed by the life-taking disease. Robincreek dreaded the idea of her mother being forced from the camp, especially given the fact she had grown weak and feeble, consumed by the death of her mate. How would she protect herself? How would be survive? At this same time, Carpeyes' began to show symptoms too. It was the same dreadful illness. A decision was made, it being beyond Robincreek's grasp. No matter what she said, she knew she'd never be able to revert the decision.
The morning of the Great March, Robincreek watched with her heart aching as her fragile, feeble mother made her way out of the camp on unsteady legs to her death. Nearby her however was Carpeyes. Carpeyes had grown weak due to the illness. The tom walked with discomfort. His fur was messy and his eyes appeared dull, as if the tom had become someone different. Robincreek stood in silence as she watched the two cats she loved most leave the camp and march for their death. She knew she'd never see either of them again. She wished she had been able to spend more time with both of them.
Falconstone, Robincreek's brother was still alive however. The tom had managed to dodge the sickness, as she had. The two drifted apart slightly. Both warriors became absorbed in their duties and responsibilities. Robincreek always kept an eye out for her brother though, watching to see whether he was in any trouble or ill. But, he always seemed to be holding up. The warrior wants to connect with her brother again, but does not seem to grasp why he has been distant. Robincreek has overcome the death of her loved ones and remains impulsive and optimistic. The she-cat views her loved ones are guiding them, always. So she holds no real sadness in her hearts for them. Robincreek believes that may be her brother's problem, but is not certain.
